Public Access Mayhem

I love public access TV. I tried to get a show together called "American Mustard Stain", but after a lot of work it didn't pan out. I would love to get my hands on those old tapes though, anyway AMS was a sketch comedy/talk show format, and in the world of public access TV this is a safe bet. Call-in shows are way more dangerous for the host but are way funnier for the viewer. Here's why:

C.B. Walker, a charismatic (alleged) psychic straight from the streets of New York City fends off a volley of prank calls.

Gorgeous George, a fat ego-maniacal clown of a man who hires strippers to pretend they are his girlfriends. Hanging from his balls with its prehensile tail is his loyal rodent/human side-kick. I call him "Ratus". I have a soft spot for this guy though. He has a good premise for a show but the prank calls are unrelenting. (start video at 0:55)

Ken Sander is the host of "Speak Out Live" a political call -in forum based out of New York City.....Well....
You know what happens next (1990)

One last totally unrelated item before I go:

"Keep an eye out for ya' Stingray."..."Yeah..See ya'."
